Slow maturation in Slavonian oak barrels brings out a recognisable taste worthy of a century long tradition. Immortelle (lat. Helichrysum arenarium) is a plant with bright yellow flowers ans is widely spread on the Dalmatian Coast in Croatia. It is used in the treatment of gall bladder disorders and as a diuretic in treating rheumatism and cystitis.
