After a modern style, quite dynamic, aromatically moderate with excellent expressed fruitiness, warm, strong spine and sufficient fluidity, quite lasting. Of beautiful, vibrant and full straw yellow color with a slight greenish hue, exhibiting slow trickling tears on the inside of a glass. Aroma is discreet yet distinct, opening with a mellow smoke overtone, followed by the sensation of some timber, followed by traces of (white) fruits and floral overtones, spices. Very vibrant on the palate, with good acidity, pleasurably bitterish, mildly piquant, rounded, warm, of solid body, lasting.

Consume now, with no haste. Serve at 13 to 14 degrees centigrade, along with cheese sauce, fish broth, roasted whitefish, roasted veal, lamb or hogget ...
