Special microclimate conditions and position of Korlat vineyards have created this robust wine of a very dark, deep, almost black colour with a characteristic purple reflection. Its aromatic profile is defined by a rich variety of aromas such as plum, blackberry, black currant and a discreet note of seasoning. Wine is full-bodied, harmonic, concentrated with aromas and a slight freshness with a lot of ripe tannins. Careful, long nurture in oak casks and mild remains of unfermented sugar join in a form of a unique wine for special moments.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a variety that was created by spontaneous mixing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon. The quality is significantly affected by microclimate conditions of vine cultivating and it is exactly Korlat’s position that guarantees top quality of this world famous and recognised variety. Considered by many the king of red wines, which it justifies in many ways. Korlat Cabernet Sauvignon is a holder of many acknowledgments, golden, silver and bronze medals of wine exhibitions around the world.

Korlat wines are special due to their design of bottles and labels for which they were awarded with world famous brand award – Red Dot Award. Along with emphasised elements of modernity and variety the uniqueness of this label lies in the fact that a special printing techniques have been used to brand the label directly into the bottle which uses its form to ideally capture the strength and character of these wines.
