Complex, with plenty of freshness and fruity aromas supported by spice overtones, albeit measured and exquisitely pronounced. Matured substantially in oak barrels - is used to achieve the greater complexity - and partly in stainless steel. Home-grown drupes and a trace of citruses intertwined with threads of vanilla and lemon peel, a touch of Wood and smoke. Proves very vibrant on the palate, with good acidity combined with mild delicacy, nicely creamy and rounded, warm, with solid body and fruity and vibrant finish lasting, retro nasal with a nuance of smoke. The wine may still be mature successfully.

Roasted fish, brodetto, roast veal, veal and / or lamb roasted under a baking lid.
