Malvasia Istarska (Istrian Malvasia) today is recognized as the leading white Istrian variety and one of the key Croatian autochthonous varieties. Although our basic wine is a wine of harmonious structure and a strong body, this Malvasia comes up exceptionally fresh and mineralic. The terraced vineyards on the white soil, are located on several spots at 250-400 meters above sea level. Here you can find the optimal climate conditions for producing excellent wines.
