Winemaking and maturation : Manual harvest in mid-September. Fermentation under controlled conditions at a temperature of 13 ° C. This method perfectly supports the vivacity of the Malvazija Istarska grape variety.
Aromatic profile of the wine : Fruity, floral, scents and aromas of peach, citrus and traces of tropical fruits. Rich aromatic complexity with pleasant minerality. Medium-sized body, exceptional drinking pleasure and freshness.
