By blending two almost immiscible Mediterranean cultures, each of which has their own special story (olives from own olive orchards and bitter almond), we have obtained a product for even the choosiest audience.
The beautiful caramel colour reminds us of aged rum and its scents like a dried apricot and almond cake. It has a sweet, tender and lasting taste with a final touch by the unique olive and almond combination.
