This outstandingly fruity wine of sour cherries is produced from organic fruits, which grow on a soil on which pesticides have not been applied for more than 10 years. These organic cherries today have a very difficult time to enforce themselves and to keep watch and are therefore very rare. Care is taken in the production process to ensure that all the ingredients, such as the vitamins and minerals of the cherry, are preserved in the wine.
